- PWP WebbNov 8, 20252.0On 11/7/2025 I went into the store to purchase feeder fish for my Oscars. I waited in the fish dept for over 15 min. never saw anyone working the dept. so I went to the front and asked if I could get help. VERY rudely the cashier said someone will be with me as soon as they had someone free that they were really busy and they are doing their best (this was said in a harsh manner if I didn't need them and the fact I drove 1 1/2 hrs to get there I would have left). About 5 minutes later a woman showed up ask me what can she help me with (she was nice) but the tank lights on the feeder fish were turned off which is usually because they were just brought in but she ask me how many I told her 50. She was nice she hunted down the big bags to put 25 each in the bags. But because of the setup she was having a hard time getting the water from the tank and an even bigger problem was catching the fish thru an 8 in x 4 ft opening. I helped her as she could not do it. I will not get fish there again. Thank you

The employees are helpful, yet they won't hover over you. You don't feel pressured into anything. It's just all around a good business.
