He was back in the fish department and got my nine year old son all setup with all the stuff a fish needs. My son LOVES her. He picked out the rocks which he was so right about, he helped me get the right food, stuff for the water for the chlorine. They have the BEST employees!! I can't wait to go back.

Every visit, they take my phone number. Every visit, I’m told my loyalty points are being saved. Today, when I finally tried to redeem those points on a simple $25 bag of food, I was told my account shows no purchase history at all. Not a single dollar recognized. Years of loyalty erased — like I’d never walked through the door. And the brand I rely on? You’ve minimized your selection to the point where I’ve already been forced to shop online just to keep my cat fed. That alone was frustrating — but this loyalty program failure sealed it. One last note: I’ve been a supporter of this food brand from day one, and I personally know the owner — an Olympic gold medalist who built that company on integrity and customer care. I’ll be sharing my experience with him, because I doubt he’d be thrilled to hear how the customers who champion his brand are treated here. Bottom line: I’m done. Online retailers track my purchases, honor their own rewards, and actually carry what I need. They’ve earned my business — this store has not.
