  We had an excellent experience with West Oaks Animal Hospital during my dog’s recent surgery. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me so much peace of mind going into the procedure. The surgery went smoothly, and my dog received great care throughout the entire process. The team checked in, provided updates, and made sure all of my questions were answered. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they treat and the families who love them. I’m very grateful for the level of care and attention we received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary team.

  So I understand it was not grate circumstances we were a walk in appointment and it was later in the day 3pm and they clearly had a lot going on the only thing I could say is that when someone brings in an elderly dog and you have to tell them that they have a month to live show a little sympathy everyone else in the office was sweet to us but it didn’t make my woman feel any better I get it you don’t care about our dog it’s just some old dog to you and no it’s not required for you to show emotion but I did make sure that we got copies of every test and a list of all the things you told us which was appreciated but if it doesn’t feel like you care about us we will not be coming back to this clinic again

  We love West Oaks! We have been going there with our Great Dane, Henry, for 7 years and we still can't believe how lucky we are. Henry loves the staff there who truly care for him as if he's their own and we trust them to always do right by our big boy. Henry attends daycare 3-5x a week and while he isn't too much into playing with other dogs, it doesn't matter because he likes to sit next to the West Oaks staff and they give him allll the attention or just let him sit outside and enjoy the outdoor sniffs! Everyone at West Oaks knows Henry and we love that we can leave him somewhere he is loved. It's easy to stay up to date on shots and check-ins because they make it very easy to schedule those and are so flexible. If Henry's at daycare and needs something, they always call first and check with us. We also started bringing our two cats there - one VERY spicy kitty and one that's a little more manageable, but they handle them both with care and I can trust the information they share with us. They always involve us in the care plans discussed and we know they want the best for each of our beasts. We buy our food, prescriptions, pet odor candles, etc. all from them. We have never had any issues with any of the staff or care provided at West Oaks and are grateful for the personal relationships we have made along the way.

  Amazing clinic!!! The team is knowledgeable, kind, and always takes great care of our pugs. Couldn’t ask for better care for my dogs! Can’t recommend this clinic enough!

  I had to make the very difficult decision to put my 15 year old border collie down one evening and have always used another vets office in town for my doggie needs, but that other vets office was steadily declining in bedside manner, customer service, and compassion. I saw very positive reviews regarding West Oaks Animal Hospital’s staff and their compassion and kindness towards animals and their owners and gave them a call. From the initial phone call to the moment my sweet baby left this world to the moment I picked up my baby’s ashes, the staff of West Oaks made me feel cared for and they treated my very difficult situation with the utmost care, grace, compassion, and kindness. Not only did they put my baby’s ashes in the most beautiful wooden box ever, about a week after I picked up the ashes, I received a card in the mail expressing West Oaks deepest sympathies, signed by every staff member, and within that card was the most precious and beautiful surprise I could have ever imagined receiving: without me asking, the staff made ink impressions of my sweet baby’s nose and paw print on a card. They took time out of their busy schedules to make and send me a momento that will forever grace my heart and help me remember my sweet baby. The extra steps that the staff at West Oaks took to show compassion made my experience much easier to accept. I will be using West Oaks for all of my doggie needs from here on out. Highly recommend.
