I went to ask if someone else can help me and was told that I’ll have to come back tomorrow as the store is closing. I drove in from b’ville. I wanted to purchase several fishes that the Rogers store didn’t have.
- EBemily boydFeb 22, 20261.0got the wrong size dog recovery vest, i didnt get my receipt so i walked back in same day to return it. the cashier Nevaeh was not happy to help, said that there was no way at all to give me my money back. i asked if she could pull it up in the system. her eyes rolled so far back into her head and said “if you want a manger i can go get one for you” and i said okay! and then all of the sudden three clicks later my money was back onto my card. never had an experience like this before. as a customer service person myself- i would NEVER talk to a customer like that.
