The Veterinarian, her assistants, and the PetCo employees were all so helpful at a time I felt helpless. Unfortunately, the dog, Baxter Keck, passed away in 2024, after 2 surgeries. A great group of people that work there!

I bought a sick fish(told the ladies at the register it wasnt well), didnt even get a discount, the fish died not even 24hrs later and then was told to freeze the fish and bring it in. I dont drive down the mountain very often. They could have been more professional and offered to send me a refund or even have a new fish delivered.
