- HHhaeFeb 22, 20261.0Whoever Nevaeh with the pink hair is, I suggest some sort of customer service training, maybe some emotional regulation as well. Came back 30 minutes after buying to return, and she was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful, told us we couldn’t do it (new flash miss nevaeh, you can and did) GIRL BYE never coming back here. This was 2/22 at 2 pm. I thought angel numbers were lucky but I felt very unlucky to be treated such way.
- EBemily boydFeb 22, 20261.0got the wrong size dog recovery vest, i didnt get my receipt so i walked back in same day to return it. the cashier Nevaeh was not happy to help, said that there was no way at all to give me my money back. i asked if she could pull it up in the system. her eyes rolled so far back into her head and said “if you want a manger i can go get one for you” and i said okay! and then all of the sudden three clicks later my money was back onto my card. never had an experience like this before. as a customer service person myself- i would NEVER talk to a customer like that.
