We came back when those conditions worsened *early* for an appointment we made, sat in the lobby for 15 minutes after our initial appointment time, and then sat for an hour with no communication. No nurses, no doctors, no check-ins, nothing. Did not even come to ask how symptoms had worsened to clarify. Finally, after waiting for an hour, a doctor comes in and tells us that they're about to close, and that they actually *can't* provide the panel we'd been told would help diagnose the problem. They told us we'd have better luck finding an ER- which is true! Because they were horrendous. Absolutely vile.
