Dr Wally and his team did everything they could for my old man cat, but unfortunately I had to let him go. They gave him the best treatment they could and were very kind when it was his time. I appreciate everything they did for us and will take my other cat for her regular vet services with them. Rip my Winnie Boy! šŸ˜šŸ’œšŸŒˆ

My first visit in September was great. Second visit happened last week and I’ll never be back. I called and made an appointment for my cat’s nails to be TRIMMED and have some claw caps to be put on her nails in hopes to help save my carpets. One had popped up and I swung by the vet on my lunch break for them to glue a new one back on like no big deal. Well the second time They never used the glue tip applicator that was included in the box of my nails caps that I supplied and they got glue all over my baby and it ripped a big ole chuck of hair out I honestly though it took her nail with it. I called the MOMENT they opened to speak to a manager or to atleast have someone call me back. Not a single person bothered to call me back. I waited until most of my shift was over before calling again and that’s when the manager bothered to get on the phone and still didn’t say anything to me but besides ā€œ the medical coordinatorā€ is who you need to speak with and he’ll be in tomorrow. Again waited most of the next day to still not receive a call. So at this point I’m just beyond mad because you’ve known since 8am the day before and no one from your staff has bothered to call me. I again took off of work and I came down and demanded to speak with the manager. She showed absolutely no sympathy what so ever . Her face showed she honestly could of cared less. And I felt bad for getting loud but the fact of their staff doing something improperly and not a single person cared enough to call me back really rubbed me the wrong way because that is my baby. I had to demand my money back and my records because they’ll never be touching my cat again. I took her else where and got her spayed and they took the nail caps off for me so no more would come off and rip hair off of her and they let me know her nails were not trimmed and asked if I wanted them trimmed while they were at it. So not only did they use too much glue and improperly put on the claw caps they didn’t even bother to trim her nails which I had asked and paid for them to do.

Yesterday was my first time using Summerville Animal Hospital. I wish I would have been taking my animals there sooner. staff and receptionist we're very friendly and welcoming. The vet was very nice and caring. I would highly recommend Summerville Road Animal Hospital. This is the place that I will be bringing my animals from now on .
