This team truly cares about their patients and their owners and it shows. This is the first time I was not made to feel shame and guilt over being concerned about the cost of vet care. Instead, each test was throughly explained to me beforehand along with a cost breakdown. I was given many options and able to find a workable solution that allowed me to stay within my budgeted amount for the visit and still feel VERY confident in the team and diagnostics being done to find out what is wrong with my sweet girl. As a pet parent, this is GOLD and not something we find at many places. Thank you, Dr. Kraft and team!
