They’re always careful with our Miss Priss and dote on her even though she can be moody and hard to handle some days🤭, and she hates the hair dryer! We appreciate all of them! Btw, the shampoo they use smells absolutely amazing 😍!!

When we picked her up we were charged an unauthorized tip of $50.00 and upon getting into our vehicle to leave, we could smell her odor and it was as bad as when we arrived. We had to argue with the clerk to get a refund and ended up filing a formal complaint with the company. We will never take her back to the Madison, Alabama store.
