The veterinarian my appointment was with was probably the rudest I have ever been treated in a professional atmosphere. I will never take my dog back there again. She was rude and seemed not to want the best outcome for my dog of 13 years. The vet techs and front office staff are amazing just the actual veterinarian was terrible. I was completely belittled for advocating for my dog asking for a medication that worked specifically for him in the past with the same issues. I was then told that's not the correct practice of care anymore and when I told her that her prescribed medication was not working for my dog she then replied with it just seems "YOU" are unhappy with the medications, all the while I am trying to explain that my dog won't take the medication. Absolutely the worst experience a dog parent could have.

We love how they personalize our visits. They care when we are concerned and they give consolation when we are concerned. They’ve made special exceptions on their schedules just to accommodate her in our time of need. I would not trust Dolly to any other.
