Rudi was wagging his tail and eating up the attention. Only then did the young woman take Rudi back to get his nails clipped. I have been to many vets but have never seen anything like that, developing some rapport so Rudi would not be so afraid. Bravo to the young woman for her extra steps in putting my dog at ease!

They have a $25 first time fee which helped me extremely. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable, they even worked with me on my tight budget which means more than they know. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness and helping me get my baby back to good health.
