  I put one star ⭐️……. Only because I had to. Very much disappointed. I booked a 9am Saturday morning grooming. Only to arrive wait around 15 minutes to be told that the groomer called out sick….. 😒 seriously. I just drove all the way from Athens to be told the groomer called out sick. Mind you it’s the manager telling me this. I didn’t get no sorry, sorry for the inconvenience, would you like to reschedule, none of that, just: Yea she called out sick…. A weird look, then a half smile. I’m guessing she didn’t know how to do a basic grooming and definitely didn’t care about my inconvenience.

  Sold me sour spoiled food the cashier asked if I wanted the receipt I said no unaware their dog food was bad called the store and they have no solution saying I still need a receipt. Don’t purchase your dog food here it most likely have gone bad , terrible management aswell!

  Petco always has the items I need for my dogs and parrots. I do wish Petco would carry a bigger selection of parrot toys, but they have the parrot food I buy for my birds (all nine).

  This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I have been going to this petco for 8 years. Always had great experience there until the manager Lesley transferred to a different store. Since the new manager has taken over, the place is a complete mess! You can never get help from any staff! Also to make matters worse I have purchased 2 western hog nose snakes from here. $400 snakes that have both died right at the warranty they give. I’m very experienced with reptiles. My second hog nose died this morning and they say there is nothing they could do. Also have seen ball pythons with mites in their enclosures at this store. Purchased substrate from here caused mites. I can’t fathom how much this place has changed! They keep one register open with a long line of people waiting while another associate just stands up front by another register and continues to do inventory. I’m highly upset and will not return to this location!
