I have been going here for 5 years never really had a problem didn't like the smell. Just went on vacation for 7 days picked my dog up on the 18th of January with a severe bacterial infection and he had lost 8 pounds while there well yesterday the 31st of January he passed away. This needs to be a wakeup call for yall keep this place extremely clean and check on the pets constantly. We trust yall and this is your job. Cash rest in peace sweet boy.

This place is so amazing . My 14 year old pit loves going to see them. They have taken great care of her for 7 years. The new owners are great and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and the prices can’t be beat.

Our dog was boarded here for 7 nights two weeks ago. Throughout these two weeks, we never received a phone call that anything was wrong. Upon picking our dog up, his nose was full of dried blood and he was extremely thin and lethargic. Within a few days, he started to have nose bleeds and seizures. We took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with a bacterial infection and pneumonia. There is only one place he would have obtained a bacterial infection considering he had been boarded for a week, and was fine before going in. He is now on medication, refuses to eat, refuses to drink. We aren’t sure if he is even going to make it. I want to reiterate the fact that we did not receive one call about the fact that our dog was having nose bleeds or that he was not eating. Do not board your dog here.

The owner was very accommodating offering to keep Bruno at the last minute during a holiday weekend. We were very concerned considering Bruno doesn't ever get excited about boarding, especially with strangers. Bruno excitedly walked off with the owned as we reluctantly let him go. Hopefully, we will pick him up and he will still be comfortable at Coastal. The owner was eager to calm my fears of him handling Bruno in a new environment. I hope this will be our go to in area. I will know when we pick Bruno up. Hopefully, Bruno will be happy and reluctant to leave. Thank you so much!
