- RAR AegerterMar 28, 20263.0I feel like the service could be better. There were lot of miscommunication between the staff itself. While waiting, the vet assistant/ technician came in and told that the vet didn't find anything much on the xrays, other than slight thickening of the intestinal lining, but will send home food and medication for it, but then the doctor came in and said it will be just the food. Also everything they say about the owners or their pets, can be heard in the exam rooms very clearly. There is also a clear disconnection betqeen front and back staff, I was told I need recheck appointment but it wasn't spoken with the receptionist about it. I worked at the vet and it was always spoken with the front staff or had a note on check out paperwork. When I scheduled the appointment via online, it had my correct phone number but by the end of the appointment the ending of my phone number was changed to incorrect one, it was a little strange. I think the prices itself were quite reasonable, I lived in Washington state and the bill would have been triple the amount it was. The treatment plan did miss the fecal charge I requested and there was no record of it actually being performed, no results, not even on the records, only that I requested it, but I mean I paid for it anyways. I'm thankful that the food worked and my pet had solid stools almost immediately even if she doesn't like the food
