She said she called my old groomer and the stated he bite someone there. Not true… he has arthritis in his legs, which I made them aware of, but never bitten. He would not allow the old groomer to do his feet, so they gave him a new groomer and he did good with her. I spoke to a lawyer about them saying he bite and then he called the old petco and they sad they never said that. I Will never take my dog back to any petco again. I just think that the groomer did not want to work on Saturday… she was late and was not presentable in my opinion. I have since taken him to a private groomer and no problem what so ever!
