  Zero stars if i could. Today 12/27/25 my daughter went to pick up her order placed on 12/26/25. On the way there she received an email stating her order had been picked up. She called the store, some girl with an attitude told her that they've "been having problems with their system and the order had not been picked up" so we go to the store, she goes in to get the order and the girl working tells her that her order was restocked because she didn't pick it up. So I go in and ask whats the usual time frame for picking up an order and she says 3 days. I said ok well we placed this order yesterday 12/26 and today is only 12/27. She said "the system did it" that makes no sense so I asked can we get the order anyways and she said no because a refund had been issued. I asked for customer service phone number. Call customer service, the lady says the order was picked up and no refund had been issued so the blonde girl working with the glasses, Braces and nasty attitude LIED. I explained to the lady at customer service and she ended up issuing the refund immediately. To sum it up, petco in Daphne will lie to you, won't check i.d. when an order is picked up and will refuse to fulfill your online order. Also, use your app to check prices and price match because their in store prices can be higher than the app. For instance, the food we ordered that their system conveniently returned to shelf was half price on the app. This store has gone downhill since the new manager and staff have came in. There's a high turnover rate there. Shop at your own risk. Petco's upper management should really do a surprise pop up on this dump.

  The customer service here is terrible! I placed an order for oxbow rat food on December 26. I go to pick up said oxbow rat food on the 27th. They tell me I cannot pick up my rat food because it got put back by the system and that I had 3 days to pick it up. Now, the 26th to the 27th is 1 day and when I asked if I could get my rat food because I did not pick up my food, they told me no and that the system put it back, so there's a magical robot that puts back your order! Also, scan your items in the store because they over charge you! My family will never shop here again.

  This Petco smells SO SO Bad! As soon as we walked in we were knocked down by a horrible smell. It smelled like Dirty bedding! They are definitely not taking care of their animals! We couldn't even stay in the store and look around. Not sure how anyone can even be in there! Shame on their employees!! 🤢🤮
