- RWrobin WhiteAug 7, 20251.0If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment with this ridiculous place weeks ago for my fur baby and I am still so disgusted. I get there this morning at 7:30 to drop him off some excited to get him a summer cut because he is black and the sun hits him pretty hard. I hand him over to a woman who I thought was a vet or a nurse of some sort due to the blue scrubs she was wearing which was weird. To find out she is the groomer and proceeds to tell me that she is pretty much going to whatever she wants and what she feels comfortable with. No summer cut, no shaving no pretty much anything and then wants to charge me. That place is an absolute joke and seriously needs to find people who actually know what they are doing. Now im left to make another appointment somewhere that has actual groomers who can do what they are paid for. On top of that her attitude was aweful, I will be screaming from mountain tops to people to never go there.
