- SUStacy UptonMar 4, 20261.0My employer and I took her older beagle to the vet today because he had a cough. Even though she (didn’t the doctor NEVER introduced herself) did treat the cough and ear infection but she really only discussed his weight. The dog never gets out of his crate except to go use the bathroom and eat and that is outside. However the owner has another dog who is the ALPHA!! He had a small mass that she didn’t discuss or his thyroid!! Only about his weight. Basically said it was up to the dog if he stayed in a crate 23 hours a day
- AEAsia EMar 2, 20261.0I genuinely hate this place after the experience I had. The level of rudeness and disrespect from your staff was shocking and completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, the attitude was cold, dismissive, and condescending. I was talked to as if my concerns didn’t matter, and instead of compassion for my dog, I was met with impatience and hostility. No pet owner deserves to feel belittled or uncomfortable while trying to get care for their animal. This was not just “bad customer service.” It felt intentional and unnecessary. When people bring their pets in, they are already stressed and worried. The last thing they should deal with is rude behavior and being treated like an inconvenience. I will not be returning, and I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
- DDDellaDec 18, 20251.0Please reconsider boarding here… over 12 hours overnight not let outside and kept in small cages; very little attention given. A friend mentioned a guy working there who felt very cold towards their dog when bringing him out, almost as if annoyed to deal with him; I hope they become a bit more compassionate there.
