I will called corporate office and report this behavior. My dog had bed. Coming to Petco for over 4 years and I’ve never seen her. Jaime has groomed my dog and has never spoken to a customer in this manner. I am looking for another place to go

- EMEmily MAug 15, 20202.0The groomers do a decent job on my goldendoodle, but there needs to be a serious discussion about professionalism when booking appointments. I have called more than once to book an appointment only to be hung up on. Its not an accident either. They will ask you to hold then either not pick back up after several minutes or hang up altogether multiple times in a row. When I've addressed it they start talking about how busy they are. Ive gotten so fed up of the disrespect I take my business elsewhere even though its not convenient. Management should definitely deal with this problem in grooming dept.
