- LHlaila hatchJan 15, 20261.0went in to look at the animals and noticed a lizard appeared to be stuck. we alerted the ONLY employee and the interaction was very off putting. as soon as my friend spoke to her it was pure annoyance across her face, she threw her hands up and rolled her eyes when my friend asked if she worked her bc she had no uniform nor name tag. when we told her about the lizard she seemed to not care and be upset that we were talking to her. i don’t know if she had a bad day or what the case was but we were never rude and very kind but the customer service was horrible. hope you get this solved soon.
