- AEAsia E1 day ago1.0I genuinely hate this place after the experience I had. The level of rudeness and disrespect from your staff was shocking and completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, the attitude was cold, dismissive, and condescending. I was talked to as if my concerns didn’t matter, and instead of compassion for my dog, I was met with impatience and hostility. No pet owner deserves to feel belittled or uncomfortable while trying to get care for their animal. This was not just “bad customer service.” It felt intentional and unnecessary. When people bring their pets in, they are already stressed and worried. The last thing they should deal with is rude behavior and being treated like an inconvenience. I will not be returning, and I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

A friend mentioned a guy working there who felt very cold towards their dog when bringing him out, almost as if annoyed to deal with him; I hope they become a bit more compassionate there.
