The concept and people are fantastic. However, they did not have the lymes disease vaccine on hand (they did previously), and unless you call while the Vetco people are there, there is no way to find out of the vaccine is on hand. And calling Petco to speak with the Vetco staffers is not always easy. The service would be greatly improved if you could state what vaccines you need BEFORE the appointment, and then have the Vetco staff respond to any deficiencies.

Went in for vaccines only for two dogs and was advertised as part of the appointment making process that there were no exam fees if exams weren't given. I told them I didn't want an exam, but they charged for 2 exams anyway. I told the tech my dogs' breeds, and she got both breeds massively wrong, so now animal control thinks it's a totally different dog (even though I pointed out that the massive weight discrepancy between the dog breed I was stating the dog is versus what the tech put in was physically impossible). The vet also didn't give meds to my dogs, so I had to give the meds on the way out. They over charged and underserved. Go somewhere else.
