At the same time.. two people(customers) walked out. The one lady even said “that’s fairbanks for you” Great. Guess i’ll go to Cold Spot from now And cancelling my yearly membership. In small town, things like that matter. Shows the overall philosophy of the company
- MSMicki SieversApr 2, 20265.0I got a grooming here a while back and the girl didn't cut my dogs nails, and he stunk after. I didn't come back here for a long time because of it. HOWEVER, today the groomer Jada did a great job! My dog is not the easiest, as he's adopted and was never groomed or treated well by his first owners. Normally I don't expect a perfect haircut or anything since my dog moves and doesn't like the experience. I'm glad they have Jada here now and I'll trust coming back for her to take care of him again! The girl at the register was also very friendly, she has long dark hair and glasses, forgot to get her name.
