- JAJoann AllisonJul 1, 20253.0I had both my dogs groomed here. They looked cute with their hair cut and the employee was super nice. My only issues is I understand my one dog definitely needed to be charged extra for some matting understandable, but my other dog literally had 1 small knot in her tail and I got charged an extra 15 bucks and when I picked her up it wasn't even cut out. Also they complained one of my dogs didn't like being touched and was "difficult " which was odd because she's used to being handled for grooming (first time here at petco) she is great never had any complaints. Further inspection she got cut bad on her head 2 weeks later the cut and scab is still there. No one even informed me she was cut. After realizing this I checked my other dog and she also had small cuts on her. Besides these issues service would've been perfect.
