    My doggy has always been very nervous to go get groomed. This was only our second visit to Petco for grooming and the first time she very happily went back with the groomer. Thanks for making her feel calm! This speaks volumes!

    The customer service was poor and after showing pictures of what I wanted for a Pomeranian cut was rejected and offered other options. The only options that the groomer gave me was for a long hard mini doodle. The only reason why I went to this location was because my regular groomer was unavailable. I was dissatisfied with the grooming after picking up my dog. They refused to groom him and was sent home with only a bath. I will not take my dog to this location again due to the poor customer service and care given to my dog.
