When I showed up for our grooming appointment, the girl was very honest that she may not cut him as well as the last person. I had low expectations. Unfortunately, she didn’t meet my already low expectations. He came out looking like I had groomed him. While I appreciated her honesty and apologies, I still paid full price for the service, and will. now have to get him re-groomed 2 weeks later. They shouldn’t set their new groomers up for failure like that, especially at the risk of losing customers.
