Yesterday the line was 10 people long with 1 cashier. By the time I got to the register the cashier said the phone was down to get my order and called someone. They never showed. 10 min later an extremely rude backup cashier came up and told me to wait in line again. That was it. I took my things out of the pick up area and left. Worst customer service. Never enough staff

- CRClara RoseOct 23, 20251.0I went into this Petco, knowing exactly what I wanted and where it was in the store and I asked an employee to help me get it from behind the counter and he insisted that it wasn’t behind the counter that it was somewhere else in the store and then I needed to go find it by myself so then I asked another employee for help and he was very helpful and then the card reader wasn’t working and I was like hey can you help me with your card reader and he just stared at me and then the card reader worked, and he just stared at me and was totally rude the whole time I usually don’t leave really bad reviews but when you spend $50 somewhere and the employees can’t even be decent to you it really pisses you off go to PetSmart
