  Employee’s willing to help get me a great deal. I didn’t know why agent was wanting me to keep my old phone. Hopefully I can get this off my bill soon. I don’t need both with the upgraded phone.

  If I could give this place less than a one star review I would. Angelina was very rude and unprofessional. Cussing and screaming at a customer. She wasn’t even willing to listen to the lady’s questions or concerns. Highly unprofessional. Went the next day to approach the manager about the disgusting behavior and he turned his nose up. Other actions will be done, going to the higher ups and putting in a complaint on poor customer service skills. Do better 👏

  Angelina was amazing and very helpful with setting up my new phone with my old phone number and settings. It was very quick and easy to understand what she was doing. I would highly recommend coming in the store for any help needed with cellular
