I was lied to about equipment fees. And I was lied to a second time when I went in and questioned it all. I’ve been paying over $150 a month for service that spectrum would have been charging me $40 a month for. Then when you question why they’re charging so much, they just say “well spectrum doesn’t have a customer service here” or “you’re paying for equipment fees”. I’ve been paying $100 a month on top of normal service fees for a $400 piece of equipment for over 13 months and still somehow owe $224 on it. Verizon doesn’t have customer service here either and they charge 3x as much. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with internet/phone service. The people you talk to on Verizon customer support who barely speak English are better than these people in town.

I just left because I figured she's just trying to sell more phones rather than be helpful. I fixed my phone later on with a system reboot and everything works fine now
