Next day only getting half paid for and told the rest was my problem. Then hung up on me and won’t answer the phone. Now going to the headquarters hoping they will fix it. Don’t buy from Cynthia- she will lie and then not answer your phone call.

The employee was unable to multitask and insisted on two forms of ID—something I have never been required to provide in my 44 years, at any corporate or affiliate store, in town or out of town. The service was completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I was even refused the ability to purchase a SIM card for an emergency situation. As an over-the-road truck driver, reliable service is critical, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any location.
