The employee was unable to multitask and insisted on two forms of ID—something I have never been required to provide in my 44 years, at any corporate or affiliate store, in town or out of town. The service was completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I was even refused the ability to purchase a SIM card for an emergency situation. As an over-the-road truck driver, reliable service is critical, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any location.
