I went in there with her and she was in tears but Brayan was so patient and understanding. He joked with her a little to cheer her up, he listened to what she wanted, and even tried to make sure everything was recovered, and he told her to come back to finish what wasn't recovered. He stayed late to help us get it taken care of and everything, this is actually the second time this store has helped us out after something traumatic. But last time it was my turn and I can't for the life of me remember who it was so I definitely wanted to make sure they got recognized this time.
