I brought my phone to Geek Squad for a simple screen replacement and the service was disappointing from start to finish. Not only did the technician strip one of the screws inside my phone—making future repairs a nightmare—but they initially tried to brush it off as “normal wear.” That’s not just unprofessional, it’s lazy. When I pointed it out, Taylor, the manager, did eventually offer to replace my phone, but the replacement will take five days—an unnecessary inconvenience for a problem they caused. If you value your devices or expect even basic attention to detail, I strongly recommend taking your phone somewhere else. Their “experts,” and even management like Taylor, fall far short of the skill and customer care that real technicians pride themselves on.
