Had a new employee by herself on her 2nd day employed, and she sold us an e-sim that wouldn't work for my daughters phone. Went back 2 days later and the 'manager' wouldn't refund me what I paid for that wouldn't work. Store was supposed to be open until 7, sign said be back at 4, @4:15 still closed. Called & he claimed to be on a meeting AND on lunch. Wouldn't give me a time he'd be back. He opened the door for 1 customer ahead of us, and when we tried to go in the door was locked, but the sign said open. Called again, left a message. He unlocked the door & then proceeds to give the worst customer service I have ever had to suffer from! If I could rate NEGATIVE stars, I would. Sincerely, Karen

The worst customer service. Worse than USPS, worse than Social Security, worse than unemployment, worse than Assurance Lifeline. Annoying interface, hateful non-stop commercials, they offer a call-back option, and never actually call. Why would I wait on hold for half and hour, and then decide that the option I want is to go back to the main menu? Idiots designed a system to frustrate you into hanging up. And when you finally get through, you get somebody with Jack & Jill English skills who can't even understand your issue, let alone fix it. I'd give anything to have my 3G Obama dumbphone back
