- SSSheri SalazarJun 25, 20251.0Had a new employee by herself on her 2nd day employed, and she sold us an e-sim that wouldn't work for my daughters phone. Went back 2 days later and the 'manager' wouldn't refund me what I paid for that wouldn't work. Store was supposed to be open until 7, sign said be back at 4, @4:15 still closed. Called & he claimed to be on a meeting AND on lunch. Wouldn't give me a time he'd be back. He opened the door for 1 customer ahead of us, and when we tried to go in the door was locked, but the sign said open. Called again, left a message. He unlocked the door & then proceeds to give the worst customer service I have ever had to suffer from! If I could rate NEGATIVE stars, I would. Sincerely, Karen
