Had online order ready to go...when I finally got it. I am docking them 3 stars because they had an area listed as "online orders" with a big sign and 2 managers just stood there talking to each other ignoring me for several minutes. While there was another area for "online orders", get friggin rid of the sign denoting this area as for "online orders"!! Screw those two managers for gaslighting a customer and being rude. Ill just stick to Newegg as they have more computer stuff

I don’t do this very often but Chad he’s the warehouse manger he gave me amazing information and just was super helpful just amazing person definitely recommend best customer service out there
