  Dylan was fantasticand very knowledgeable and courteous. We would use him again. Thank you so much- please give him a raise. He talked me into buying a new phone for my wife, he did a great job. My wife is very happy and hopefully she will reward me.

  Andrew went above and beyond to help us upgrade our phones. He was very patient with all of our questions and helped us get the best possible deals for our plan. He offered his help in multiple areas of the process and made the process seamless and smooth. He was very thorough and clear. Verizon at Grand Central has a gem of an employee in Andrew - we are so appreciative of him and his willingness to help us out.
