    If I could leave them zero stars I would. My phone stopped working after 8 months. They could only ship one via Fed Ex the next day. The next day Fed Ex did not leave the phone because they required a signature. Nobody told me a signature was required. Now I'm dealing with the horrible customer service at 2 companies and I'll be at least 48 hours without a phone that I'm paying for. Why couldn't they replace my phone that is under warranty with one they have in their store? I'll be leaving Verizon for a new carrier.

    Worked with Andrew on an issue I had with my activation of the new iPhones I ordered off the internet shop. He was a massive help and very friendly, will definitely shop in store from now on though. Seems like the online shopping side of things needs some attention.
