This store would not exchange the phone to a different phone that we knew was compatible. The overall company told us we had to exchange at the store. Store said absolutely not. In fact, the area manager was at this place cal store and she was down right nasty about the entire thing. Nope,,,, don't use or but from Cricket.( 2020)
