  We waited a bit for help but Chloe found us and helped us out getting our tv and set up ready. She did a GREAT job with good customer service

  Sebastian was exceptionally helpful in helping selecting the right laptop I needed and even went beyond to help me understand Microsoft office more to know what I needed to use my new laptop definitely recommend this store and him as a sales representative.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience at the Parkersburg Best Buy! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help without being pushy. Everything was easy from start to finish, and they made sure I got exactly what I needed. Clean store, good selection, and solid customer service. Definitely recommend stopping here if you’re in the area.
