The sign fell off the front of the building. It appeared as though it had already gone out of business. When we went in there, there were 4 associates in the back by the TVs (might have been a small meeting of sorts) but we couldn't find what we were looking for until one of the associates had broken from the group and availed himself to us.
The staff was amazing! I was having trouble redeeming gift cards and they stepped up and took care of it. Very knowledgable on what I was needing! They were patient with all the questions.

Employees were very helpful with helping me find the product I needed. At thecounter, questions were answered clearly and employees were friendly. The store itself was very clean. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy tech products.

I rarely leave reviews, but after this experience I feel it’s only fair.
I ordered a freezer on February 12th for delivery on February 20th. It was rescheduled because of my driveway, which I understood. I then made a special request to have it picked up and delivered the following Monday. Monday comes, and I get a call saying they can’t deliver it because they don’t have the right equipment — again.
I spoke with someone who I was told was in charge of delivery. He personally assured me he would bring his own truck out on Wednesday to make sure the freezer was delivered. The day before delivery, I was told everything was good to go. Then on Wednesday, I was informed the order had been canceled — with absolutely no warning.
At that point, we had no choice but to rent a U-Haul and go to the store ourselves to pick up another freezer. While loading it, the freezer was dropped and a large dent was put in it. To make matters worse, they didn’t have another one in stock for us to take home. We needed this freezer the Friday before.
Yes, they discounted the damaged freezer — but that doesn’t make up for the week of delays, the rental cost, the poor communication, and the overall terrible customer service experience.
Very disappointed.
