After calling Verizon they could not help due to a bunch of circumstances. I than called Cellular Sales, an authorized Verizon dealer right there in Morgantown, and spoke with Chad. I explained my situation and my need for help. Chad was awesome. I forgot how much I missed high quality customer service. He told me that he would do everything he could to get my son a new phone that day, at the best price possible, while understanding my need not to break the bank. Chad came through on every promise and actually found a few ways to help me save some money...really, who does that?? Anyway, he made the process easy and enjoyable and my son walked out with a brand new IPhone 17pro for little to no extra money. I am currently in need of an upgrade to my phone. I was so impressed that Im going to wait until I'm in Morgantown next month and have Chad take care of it for me. If you miss good customer service, and dont want to get ripped or frustrated I highly recommend stopping in to see what Cellular Sales is all about.
