  After waiting in ballgame traffic for over an hour, I almost turned around & went home, but so glad I didn't. Jordan & Chad were great to work with. I got a new phone & a new plan. They transferred all of my contacts & pictures & made the dreaded act of replacing a broken phone a good experience. Fantastic customer service. I don't live in Morgantown, but I will go back to this store location anytime I need anything g in the future. Thanks -- Brian

  I was greeted immediately when I entered the store and Cameron asked what he could do for me. I needed to transfer my current phone Information to another phone of mine. He handled it all for me and he was very patient explaining everything to me. He made sure everything worked correctly before he let me leave. Also, I love that they all are in suits.

  Fantastic experience with Chad as our salesperson. Made the trade in super easy! It was great not having to sit at a store for hours for basic account movements. Big difference from what I’m used to from Verizon stores in southwest Ohio!
