  My mother, daughter and I went to the Cricket store at the University Towne Center. The store was packed with a line all the way to the door. There was one employee working and his name was Steven -- and he was fantastic! Not only was he professional, knowledgeable, and kind, but he greeted everyone who came in the door explaining that he'd be with them as soon as possible. He would work with one customer at the right-hand side of the counter and while their phone was transferring info or what-not he would take payments from other customers at the left-hand side of the counter. My family and I were so impressed with his skill level as he could bounce back and forth while not missing a beat! We could not have asked for a better person to work with that day! In addition to his wonderful personality and work ethic he also speaks English and Spanish fluently. He is a tremendous asset to Cricket Wireless and I will probably call ahead to see when he is working for any future business we have within the store. Steven deserves all the praise - he is wonderful at multitasking, he is very professional, and so knowledgeable! We need more "Steven's" in the world. I can't thank him enough for his patience that day, not rushing anyone, and being so kind through it all! If you're in the Morgantown or surrounding area, go see Steven for all your cell phone needs!
