Drove 1.5 to have work done arrived at 6pm only to be told that we did need an appointment and they was booked full till 9pm closing time. Supposedly all calls are sent through call center that gives false information.

Getting ahold of ANYONE at the store is a joke, nobody ever picks up but if you walk in the store they have 20 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Pathetic store with awful customer service. Not to be a cliche but if I could give 0 stars I would flood this page with them.
