  Seams it never ended with the computer purchase. when I received my new iMac I wondered what I was gonna do with it. ( great investment by the way), I was told I had geek squad, but had no idea they helped with more than the computer that was bought. Good Job Guys.

  This store is always 200-300% more of a cost than anywhere else. Ive never understood why something I find for $500 is over $1,000 at Best buy. The employees are abundant and for the most part, helpful. Return policy is horrible unless you pay for a Best Buy membership, what happened to equality amongst customers????

  Great customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, comfortable atmosphere, and clean environment. They've got plenty of variety in whatever product you might be there for. I always ask to hear about the best deals on tech, and they've consistently had great prices for A-tier devices. Truly the only place worth buying from in-person around Morgantown.

  Great store and people. I tried calling my local store thought to check if they had a product in stock. A call that would’ve taken a human approximately 30 seconds to pause and pick up the phone and answer and instead I was met with an unintelligent customer service AI bot. Hung up immediately, will not be buying any product from Best Buy ever again, too easy to find cheaper elsewhere.

  It simply isn't that difficult to have an actual person answer the phone. Needed to buy things, couldn't get past the AI assistant. Will not be shopping here again.
