I purchased a set of JBL Tune Flex 2's right at 30 days ago. I've charged them one time and the case has held enough charge to last me an entire month of use, which is impressive. What's not impressive is Best Buy's 15 Day exchange policy. I went to top off the case and it would not charge, it sounded like something inside had come loose. No big deal, contacted JBL and they are telling me 8 weeks for a warranty replacement. That's a little extreme, 2 months for a replacement. Surely the Best Buy I bought them from would help out a loyal customer? Hell, no. They should have broke 15 days ago, there's absolutely nothing in the world we can do. But if you buy our ~$60 membership right now we will replace them for you on the spot! Are you serious? I'd just buy another set of the same earbuds for $59.95. Why would I end up paying another $60 to replace a manufacturer defect? Thanks for assuming I'm an idiot. The pearl clutching for the welfare of Best Buy sounded ridiculous. The entire future of the Best Buy franchise was at stake over a $59.95 pair of ear buds. These people act like it's coming out of their paychecks or the shareholder pockets. In the end, greed prevails, so I guess I'll just wait 2.5 months for my replacement ear buds from JBL since Best Buy can't possibly afford to help a customer. Seriously, it's 2026. Who has a 15 day return and exchange window?
Best Buy reported $41.5 billion dollars in revenue for 2025, by the way. But today, according to their customer service, replacing a set of $59.95 JBL Tune Flex 2's would have broken them. Let that sink in on how bad the greed has gotten.

I have tried to work with the store and online customer care to resolve my issue that was created in the store. The store has been zero help. I worked with Taylor who was trying to help me resolve an issue with an order for a MacBook. He told me that if I signed up for the Best Buy plus membership and since I was ordering two MacBooks, I would get 2- $100 rewards. I have not received them and am now being told that I will not receive them. I drove another hour back to the store and spoke with Cole, who claimed to be the highest manager at the location but refused to help with my issue saying there was no reason to talk to Taylor because I was not getting the rewards.
Cole was rude, hateful, condescending, and not helpful. When I mentioned that I drove an hour to get there and I would like to get it resolved while I was there, he thought it was more relevant to mention that he drove an hour to work everyday.
This has been the worst experience that I have ever received by any retailer in my life.

Went here to have work done on my son's i phone. I glad he had apple care. But everyone was nice n friendly! His phone was fixed under the estimated time and done right. I totally recommend this place!

Been here mtiple different times.
Had the wireless Xbox headset I wanted. Did have a few phone case options and screen protectors available for the Galaxy S26 Ultra, the day after it came out.
Did not have the laptop I wanted in stock but did have on display. But could order it for me. They would NOT price match the deal the Lenovo website and Walmart was having for the laptop so i did shop elsewhere.
Staff was helpful and greet you upon walking in the door and offered assitance.
