From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right solutions for us—not just trying to make a sale. Whitney took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us navigate some tricky account issues, and made sure both of our phones were set up perfectly before we left. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly puts customers first, but Whitney did exactly that. If you’re heading to Verizon, ask for Whitney—you won’t be disappointed! She turned what could’ve been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one.

    As a customer for over 15 years my recent experience to get 3 lines moved over to a new account was a very disappointing experience… the remote support team did not properly provide the right support that lead to several hours and attempts from me personally through calls and emails to manually set it up with no luck… As your in store team member Chelsey Ooten sat patiently for probably a total of an hour and half and the first time and second time for an hour and 45 minutes… This is a poor attempt at customer service when your support and systems don’t support your in store team…Chelsey is an amazing asset to your company and her customer service is state of the art… I was going to leave Verizon until I walked through the door and Chelsey made me a very happy customer again! She saved you a loyal customer!!
