  We just left this location. After HOURS of my mom going back and forth to the location to get a phone set up and making two separate purchases. She was belittled and degraded by Kirt Warner for asking about the free item on today’s special. He said they had to be on the same purchase. So she asked if she could return since she purchased them today and had her receipts then repurchase on the same transaction to get her free item. He refused then became belligerent. He was very hostile, there were other costumers in the store and even minors. The female associate did not try to intervene or deescalate the situation. He also refused to give her his name so that she could file a complaint. His behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional.

  Don't waste your time only the expensive phones run alright but the service is shotty ,just save yourself the headaches we went through ,move to Att

  Every time I go here I get very good service. Trevor today was very helpful with transferring my daughter's art prepaid account onto my cricket acct
