Two weeks ago I met Kirt at the Huntington location, and he was fantastic and welcoming from the moment I entered the door. He helped me immediately with setting up my new phone and made me feel confident with the learning curve of going from a very old iPhone SE to a very new iPhone 15. I am so thankful for his graciousness and patience. I think he deserves a raise! He is definitely an excellent Cricket staff member and should be commended.
