Had the plumbing company I work for come out and gave approval to perform a job that was $1200+.When it came time for the bill to be paid they act like it was all a complete mystery and play stupid and continue to give our office manager the run around over it.I wouldn't trust this place for ANYTHING if this is how they handle business.

Also, I was way over paying. My experience today with Conner and I think the managers name was Jay, I left smiling and no longer feel dread should I need to go in-store again. Excellent customer service!
