No body knows what I will be missing out on if I do not pay the $8.99 per month. All they can say is that it is a perc of having the Best Buy membership and continue to say I need to call to get information on what I need it for. Do I need it in addition with the Best Buy membership? If so I need to know what will it do that geek squad services will not do for me.
