No body knows what I will be missing out on if I do not pay the $8.99 per month. All they can say is that it is a perc of having the Best Buy membership and continue to say I need to call to get information on what I need it for. Do I need it in addition with the Best Buy membership? If so I need to know what will it do that geek squad services will not do for me.
- KPkrabby pattyApr 12, 20251.0incredibly incompetent team! do not waste your time! brought a custom PC to get set up and not only were they physical dirty, leaving nasty marks all over the glass, but also did not care about the quality of their work. they did not listen to my request! i asked for windows, i said i would purchase it, they did not install an active version of windows, saying all is good. took it back bc it was NOT good, it wasn’t an actual purchased version of windows, i took it back and asked for actual windows. they said they could fix it no purchase necessary, and got it back and yet again the windows was not proper ! and they left the cables all messy it’s insane ! dirty and unorganized! like actually nasty! mucus on the glass ! made me sick!

You still have to pay for the Toral Tech but they want to charge you to gave someone to come out. They are defiantly going to lose business over this. We have purchased a lot from them but I guess we will have to take are business some where else. It's sad because my husband and I both have health issues and can't get to camera's to take them down and bring them in. Thanks for taken people for a ride
