  I was at Best Buy last night, Feb 16, 2026. Exchanging some noise canceling head phones for a better type. The ones I purchased wete good but not as comfortable as I had hoped. Spending $150 plus on them, def want to make sure they dont cause any discomfort. I have just got to compliment the employees. Everyone i have interacted with has been extremely helpful, patient, and kind! Its absolutely refreshing to go into a store being greeted and assisted immediately at the door. And thru the entire purchasing process. Employees answer questions, offer suggestions, and cheerfully interact, having conversations to identify the product needed. Last night the young man Chris, assisted me. Was super patient, manners like I've not seen in years!!!! So polite, he was eager to help figure out what I should get even tho I was indecisive and confused. Truly a valuable employee! I hope management recognizes and rewards him and other quality employees!

  Got exactly what I went in for. The sales associate was very accommodating and patient with me, and was able to answer all my questions. Got my new rog ally x and some accessories, and I have been very pleased with the purchase!

  This is totally a late review, but unfortunately I have to work so I didn't have a chance to be able to write this review until now. This happened almost a month ago but I wanted to make sure I wrote this here on Google reviews as well. On Sunday January 4th my Google Pixel phone just went crazy and I could not get in. As The last resort I went into Best buy and went to the geek squad and I was telling them how I was locked out of my Google phone and my email. Google does not have a direct contact or customer service that you can speak to to get assistance and Zak Kuhn at the Geek Squad was brilliant. He stated that he couldn't help me get back into my Gmail account but he provided me with a printout on how to find various ways to get access and to get back into my account. This Gmail account was my main account and I wouldn't be able to do my job or practically anything. He gave me some suggestions on top of the printout such as using my laptop and possibly trying to find another gadget to be able to do my Google authenticator. Now before I went to Best buy. I was trying to get into my Gmail account for hours literally maybe about 30 minutes after I spoke to Zak not only was I able to get into my gmail but I was able to get access to my authenticator as well. This young gentleman is not only saved the day and my sanity but won me as a customer for that day. I was shopping for a Nintendo switch 2 and I was going to actually buy it at the Target across the street. But instead I decided to make my purchase at the Best buy which another associate Kadie was able to assist me. Not only that, she helped me buy a secondary backup phone that was already an open box so that I would have another option to use Google authenticator to be able to get access to my account. Should I ever get locked out of my account in the future. This is what customer service is about not only working to help me solve the current problem I have but able suggests solutions for the future to prevent the problem from happening again. I came there for assistance with my phone and ended up making close to a $900 purchase just because of the kindness of one person in the geek squad. Shout out to him and he really does deserve some sort of reward or award or anything. Customer service person of the month. Anything just for him to be shouted out!

  Best buy.... Where do I even begin. A year ago I began my journey into the PC world. After shopping around for some parts, I decided it was time for me to start buying components. The first part added to my arsenal was my Central Processing Unit. For this, the employee recommended the Intel® Core™ i9-14900K Desktop Processor: A 14th-generation hybrid architecture processor featuring 24 total cores (8 Performance-cores and 16 Efficient-cores) and 32 processing threads with a base clock speed of 3.2 GHz. The second part added to my arsenal was my Graphics Processing Unit. I looked ahead of time and decided to get my hands on the NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4090 Graphics Card with 24 GB GDDR6X Video Memory. After this, with the help of my son, I had purchased the following: -2 TB PCI Express® Gen 4.0 x4 NVMe™ Solid State Drive -8 TB 7,200 RPM SATA III 3.5-Inch Hard Disk Drive -ATX-Form-Factor Intel® Z790 Chipset Motherboard - 360 mm All-In-One Liquid CPU Cooler with Triple PWM Fans -64 GB DDR5-6000 MHz Dual-Channel Synchronous Dynamic Random-Access Memory My son and I took an evening to build this monster together which was great fun :) This ran a total of around $4-5K (chump change for a guy like me), 90% of which came from the RAM (HAHA). I put a picture I took with everyone at the store who helped. Thank you everyone! Overall, 10/10 stars. Thank you guys for a life-changing device.
