I went in with my mother to help resolve some issues she was having with her phone. There was only one person working and they had customers at the time. I had no problem waiting however Kati was very short and and not very friendly with me. It’s possible that she was distracted because she was busy with someone else or that she did not want to be troubled because we were not customers that would be spending money. We simply had a technical issue. She told us we could come back in 30 minutes after sighing heavily and making it apparent that she did not want to be bothered. Fortunately, we decided to go to the Emily Drive location and we were met with someone who was more than eager to help us and we ended up adding a second line. Do better Kati.
