She was very patient in trying to help us figure out what the issue is with our bill, which has been wrong EVERY month for the last 3 1/2 years! No exaggeration! And it's gotten worse since we upgraded our phones last September. She wasn't able to help us with the bill, but pointed us in a helpful direction. Thank you Rose. Verizon is beyond ridiculous and they could care less if you leave for another carrier! I'm thinking a class action lawsuit might help us, as customers!

Brandon literally went to the Verizon on Emily drive to get her phone all because a girl working in there was not able to get my daughter's phone transferred to her new phone! Honestly way more to say good about the experience and one of the most amazing customer service experiences I have ever had, he made my daughter's day!
