- CCChristinaOct 21, 20251.014 month old washer. We have the total Best Buy coverage. Called the geek squad on what is the local number- but not. You are talking to someone in a foreign country. Was asked for 79.99$ fee. Was told they’d call in 24 hours — no calls. No show. No nothing. Called to cancel and get a refund. This took an act of congress. Worst service ever. Still working on this 1 year old washer -Maytag. May just junk it but something else and never get one at Best Buy again. I don’t feel the Best Buy total coverage is worth a dime.
