Live 2-3 hours away from Geek Squad so I don't want to waste time and gas running up there if they cannot help. Answer from support was probably questionable and didn't want them to do more than direct me doing something. So I put it off and my schedule falls behind. You need to allocate more people to the Geek Squad if you are going to provide technical support at this store.
